Each remedy works on a specific emotion, such as IMPATIENS for irritability and impatience and GORSE for feelings of hopelessness. They can be taken singly or mixed together to match your individual needs.

Bach Flower Remedies are completely safe and natural and can used by adults and children.

A Natural way to heal yourself

Recognising exactly how you feel is key to choosing the most appropriate Bach Flower Remedy. The aim of the consultation session is to try to pinpoint how you are feeling at the time and select a remedy or remedy mix that matches your mood. What might be worrying you, upsetting you or causing you to feel unhappy or unwell.

It is an opportunity for you to talk about how you are feeling in safe and confidential setting. I will ask questions to clarify a point or encourage you to expand on a theme. You will go away from this first session with your very own personal Bach Flower Remedy mix.

Treating children and babies

When a child is ill, the mood can be observed and is often displayed through their behaviour. An appropriate remedy can be matched.

As for babies, again you need to consider their behaviour and temperament. For example. A baby who cries and wants to be cuddled, are difficult to put to bed at night because they demand constant attention, may need CHICORY. This will help them to let go and be less clingy.

However each child is an individual and other aspects of their behaviour will need to be taken into account.
